A Note from BuckeyeMike: About this time in 2004 I volunteered to take over the OSTA website. There was one page with 3 words "Welcome to OSTA". Since then I have managed to create a disorganized behemoth of what I hope was fun and enjoyable content. Now, after 13 years, I have decided to hand over the reigns to any brave soul willing to tame the beast. I no longer have the time or ability to maintain and develop the site the way it deserves. Anyone interested please contact Matt. I'll be around to help get things started and assist when I can. P.S. I apologize for the online application mishap. Repairs are slow but ongoing.
