OSTA's mission is to foster, expand, an perpetuate the practice of bowhunting with traditional equipment in the State of Ohio.

 

To encourage the use of the traditional bow and arrows in the hunting of all legal game a predators.

 

To improve, increase, and protect the privileges of the bowhunter.

 

To cooperate with the state government as sportsmen in the conservation of game and its natural habitat – the forests and fields.
